Tea Rose Scarf

This is the final product, I love the way it turned out, it was my hardest project EVER!
I am so very proud of this scarf. If you're interested in making this scarf it's part of Nicky Epstein's scarf book. I recently finished another Nicky Epstein scarf that I will post about later and I've started on yet another Nicky.

I hope you all had a great week and have a great weekend. We are going to buy our very first Christmas tree together and of course I will post about it. Cannot way to prep our house for the holidays! It's going to be great!

Knitted Flowers

Wow, to think that last September I asked my aunt to make me dozens of flowers to sew on to my scarves later and now I am finally able to make flowers! This is my first set of flowers that I made for my Black and White Nicky Epstein scarf, it turned out just great! Can't wait to show you my secon Nicky Epstein scarf that should be ready by Wednesday.

Knitting Project Updates

So, you've seen the Red Basket Weave Scarf I made for my friend's birthday. Here are 2 more projects I've finished.

First up is my Black and Grey Basket Weave Scarf. I don't remember the type of yarn I used, but will be trying to keep track for future posts.

Next is the Ruffle scarf I made using the Just Enough Ruffles Pattern by Laura Chau from Cosmicpluto Knits and a Naturally Caron Yarn in Deep Taupe that I bought from Michael's.

(you can get the pattern on Ravelry.com)

I am making another version of the Just Enough Ruffles Scarf with a Rowan Cotton Blend in Black and the silver Yarn I bought last December at Knitty City in New York.

As you know, I have also been working on a Yellow Scarf for my first Nanny. I'm using the Cable Vision Pattern by Debbie Stoller (found on Ravelry) and Caron Simply Soft in this beautiful Sunshine.
